Holiday rental rules
We hope you enjoy your stay in our house and that you respect these rules to ensure
a pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your time here.

General
1. Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Check-out: Until 12:00 MD

2. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking may be permitted in designated outdoor areas.

3. Parties and events that include guests outside the reservation are not permitted. We want
maintain a quiet and pleasant environment for all neighbors.

4. Respect the hours of silence: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this period, please,
avoid excessive noise, including loud music and loud conversations.
Use of the House
1. Mattress Care: Please make sure not to get the mattresses wet during your stay. This includes avoiding spills of liquids, drinks or any other substance that
may damage them. If you need to clean something in the room, use only the products
cleaning products provided and follow the instructions carefully.

2. Appliances: Use appliances with care and follow basic instructions.

3. If you find any obvious damage in the house, please report it as soon as possible.

Use of the Pool
1. Eating and Drinking Prohibited: Consumption of food or drinks is not permitted in the area
the pool. This includes any type of food, soft drinks, alcohol and other liquids.

2. Do not throw drinks: It is strictly forbidden to throw any type of drink into the water.

3. Designated Areas: If you wish to eat or drink, please use the designated areas outside the

4. Cleaning: Make sure you do not leave food residue or packaging around the pool.

5. Safety First: In the pool area, use plastic or paper cups and plates.

6. Consequences: Failure to comply with these rules or causing obvious damage to the
pool or house area may result in additional charges for damages.
Security
1.Doors and windows: Keep all doors and windows closed when leaving the house to
ensure safety.

2. Emergencies: In case of emergency, immediately contact local emergency services and
then inform the host

3. Neither enelparaiso or the property manager take responsible for any injury or accident.
